Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to uphold company standards and service quality.
- Manage inventory levels, including food stock and supplies, to minimize wastage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure total satisfaction.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene protocols to comply with health department regulations.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and duty rosters to meet operational demands.
- Prepare daily sales reports and cash handling procedures accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, F&B, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory or shift leader experience in a restaurant or cafe environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a high level of responsibility.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
