Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to provide an 'Excellent Service' experience for every guest.
- Monitor daily store operations to ensure 100% compliance with brand standards, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, waste control, and supply chain accuracy to optimize food costs.
- Ensure smooth shift transitions and effective labor scheduling based on traffic patterns.
- Implement and oversee local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in the F&B or fast-casual restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP/local regulations), and store financial management.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive 'hands-on' management style with a focus on problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
