Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Train and develop team members on service standards and operational procedures
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing payroll
- Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and POS systems
