Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and plumbing infrastructure
- Conduct daily inspections of restaurant facilities to identify safety hazards and operational inefficiencies
- Collaborate with culinary teams to troubleshoot equipment issues during peak service hours
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Manage inventory of spare parts and technical supplies across multiple restaurant locations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant technician or similar hospitality maintenance role
- Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or commercial kitchen equipment preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-site coverage
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for team communication
