- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while adhering to presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, tables, and service stations
- Assist with table setup, restocking supplies, and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Resolve customer queries or concerns professionally and efficiently
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash transactions
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is preferred but not essential
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a helpful and professional demeanour
- Willingness to learn and attend training sessions
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and operating the POS
- A valid food handlers certificate is an advantage
