Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive table management and personalized interactions
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems while maintaining order accuracy
- Present menu knowledge with confidence, making informed recommendations based on guest preferences
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery
- Maintain pristine dining environments through systematic table resets and sanitation practices
- Handle payment transactions efficiently while resolving billing inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with servers and support staff during peak hours to maintain service standards
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene standards in all service operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to anticipate guest needs
- Physical stamina to work extended hours standing and carrying trays up to 10kg
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation regulations (PPIH)
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork and continuous learning
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational requirements dictate
