Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests while managing table rotations effectively.
- Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage items, and provide detailed recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly while maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Prepare final bills, process payments, and ensure tables are cleared and reset for the next guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including side stations and serving areas.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel dining setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a busy restaurant floor with ease.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional grooming standards and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive approach to customer service and a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
