Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve team goals and improve processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and strive for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cainta, Rizal, and adapt to shifting schedules.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Previous experience in a retail or BPO environment is beneficial but not required.
- Must be a team player with a positive can-do attitude.
