- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the retail team to maintain store organization and visual standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Upsell products or services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Pasig City location.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- No prior call center or BPO experience is necessary; training will be provided.
