Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive retail store concepts and layouts that enhance brand identity and customer experience
- Create detailed design plans including spatial arrangements, lighting, fixtures, and material specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet operational requirements and budget constraints
- Oversee implementation of designs in new and existing retail outlets
- Conduct market research on retail trends and emerging design technologies
- Prepare design presentations and proposals for stakeholder approval
- Manage project timelines and resources for design deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail design with focus on electronics/gadget stores
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong understanding of retail spatial planning and customer flow optimization
- Proven ability to balance aesthetic vision with practical retail operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for design concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful retail design projects
