Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and profitability across designated retail stores to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising, operational, and safety standards.
- Analyze sales reports and store KPIs to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and coach store managers to enhance leadership skills, team morale, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the head office to execute marketing campaigns and regional promotions.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols effectively.
- Ensure a world-class customer experience by resolving escalated service issues and fostering a culture of excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in an area or multi-site role.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams and driving employee development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel frequently between store locations within the Jakarta Raya area.
