Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert product recommendations.
- Drive store performance by actively contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly sales and profit targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is organized, clean, and displays the latest campaigns effectively.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage stock levels, including receiving shipments, replenishment, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Educate customers on product technologies and adidas brand history to enhance their shopping journey.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment for all shoppers and colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Prior experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English; additional languages are a plus for the Bali market.
- A genuine passion for sports, fitness, and fashion.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, positive attitude with a strong focus on team collaboration and personal growth.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital POS tools.
