Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by proactively engaging with customers and providing expert product knowledge.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales and profit targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects the global adidas brand image.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy on the sales floor.
- Provide personalized styling advice and solutions to enhance the customer shopping journey.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service excellence.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Deep interest in sports, fashion, and the adidas brand values.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.
- Basic proficiency in computer literacy and digital store systems.
