Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a designated portfolio of existing bank customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable personal loan products.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by securing loan applications and approvals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional financial advice.
• Process loan applications accurately while ensuring strict compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and loan disbursement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, interest rates, and market trends.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful loan disbursements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Good knowledge of secured and unsecured lending products (Personal Loans experience is highly preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Meticulous and highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation.
• Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., CMFAS M9, HI) are an advantage.
