As a Retail Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional shopping experiences and driving sales of the latest tech products. This role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission potential, allowing you to earn between S$1,800 and S$3,500+ per month. You will work 48 hours per week with 6 off days per month, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Your primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable products, and closing sales. You will also manage inventory, maintain visual merchandising standards, and achieve individual and team sales targets. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with in-depth product knowledge and advanced sales techniques. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming store environment
- Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of tech products to drive sales
- Achieve personal and team sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, promotions, and industry trends
- Handle cashiering and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in visual merchandising, restocking shelves, and ensuring store cleanliness
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Singaporean, PR, or valid work rights in Singapore
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems are beneficial
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays
