Tanggung Jawab
- Provide superior customer service to retail clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and returns efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Uphold a professional and positive attitude while representing the enablesGROUP brand.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Communication, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
