- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat for retail accounts

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company protocols

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (retail background advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
