Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve product-related concerns, shipping issues, and billing inquiries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in daily huddles and coaching sessions.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage but not required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO, retail, or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and typing at a steady pace.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be available to start in August.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping people.
