Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
