Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service for retail campaigns via phone, email, and chat channels
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining high accuracy standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Adhere to company policies and retail campaign protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
- Strong computer literacy with ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to complete on-site training and setup requirements
