Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily retail and F&B operations to ensure efficiency and brand standard compliance.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement processes to minimize wastage.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and service quality.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive store footfall and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end projects, including store displays and seasonal layout updates.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality & Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in F&B retail or hospitality management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales KPIs.
  • Prior experience in the Orchard retail market is highly advantageous.
