Sihoo Furniture Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Retail Expansion Manager to lead our strategic growth in the Indonesian market. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of new store openings, market analysis, and localized retail strategies. We are looking for an individual who is not only fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian to facilitate seamless communication with our headquarters but also possesses deep insights into consumer behavior within the furniture and lifestyle retail sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail expansion strategies to increase market share in Indonesia.
- Manage the end-to-end new store setup process, from site selection and lease negotiation to operational readiness.
- Liaise directly with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to report performance metrics and align on regional goals.
- Analyze retail market trends and competitor activity to identify high-potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with local marketing and sales teams to drive foot traffic and optimize in-store conversion rates.
- Ensure all new store locations adhere to brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational policies.
- Prepare regular financial forecasts and progress reports regarding store performance and expansion status.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, business development, or retail expansion.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer purchasing behaviors.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing prime retail locations.
- High proficiency in analytical tools and retail management software.
- Ability to travel frequently to potential store locations as required.
