As a Retail Funding Officer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and deepening existing relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new retail funding customers through proactive sales activities and networking.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide comprehensive financial consultations to assess individual needs and recommend the most suitable banking products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for funding products such as savings accounts, deposits, and other retail offerings.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territories of Banjar, Tasik, and Garut.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and competitors' activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Bank Mega's standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Business, Management, or Economics.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
- Deep understanding of retail banking products and general financial market trends.
- Resilient, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM) and own vehicle to support mobility in the Banjar, Tasik, and Garut regions.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
