Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, acquire, and manage new retail funding clients to achieve branch growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing depositors to ensure high retention rates.
- Provide professional financial consultation and advisory services tailored to individual client financial conditions and goals.
- Cross-sell additional banking products and services, including insurance, wealth management, and digital banking solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned areas (Subang, Pamanukan, Jatibarang) to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal Bank Mega standard operating procedures.
- Prepare regular activity reports and performance reviews for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking core systems.
- Willing to be based in or travel between Subang, Pamanukan, and Jatibarang.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
