- Acquire new customers for deposit and wealth management products (Funding).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Conduct product presentations and provide professional financial advice.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve overall branch performance goals.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for Bank Mega products.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory banking compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a high drive for achievement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluent in Indonesian (oral and written) and possess basic English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel and work full-time hours.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
