As part of our retail team, you will be on the front lines, helping to deliver the 'Xiaomi experience' to our customers. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, product display strategies, and customer service excellence. You will work closely with store managers and sales associates, playing a vital role in maintaining our store standards and ensuring every customer leaves with the perfect product solution.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily retail store operations to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features of Xiaomi's ecosystem to customers.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed correctly and attractively.
- Support the inventory management team with stock replenishment and stock-taking activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally in both English and Indonesian.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve service quality and product presentation.
- Coordinate with team members to execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to assist international and local customers.
- A genuine interest in consumer electronics and the Xiaomi brand.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on a flexible schedule (part-time/shift-based).
- Proactive learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new retail systems.
- Willingness to be placed on-site at retail outlets in Bekasi.
