Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for Fintech and wealth management? UangMe is looking for a high-performing Retail Lender Specialist (Relationship Manager) to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our lender ecosystem by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with retail investors. You will be the face of UangMe’s investment products, driving the strategies necessary to meet and exceed our investment volume targets.

As the Fintech landscape in Indonesia continues to evolve, UangMe remains at the forefront of innovation. We need a Relationship Manager who understands the nuances of the P2P lending industry and can effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to potential lenders. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams to refine our offerings and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every user. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly investment amount targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential retail lenders through various networking channels and outbound sales efforts.
  • Promote UangMe’s lender (investment) products by clearly articulating benefits, risks, and platform security.
  • Manage the end-to-end relationship with lenders, from initial inquiry and onboarding to portfolio growth and retention.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor products and industry trends in the P2P lending space.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns tailored to the retail lender segment.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and lender feedback to senior management.
  • Ensure all lending activities and promotions comply with OJK regulations and internal company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Wealth Manager, or Sales Specialist in Banking, Fintech, or Insurance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of P2P lending business models and the Indonesian financial regulatory environment (OJK).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales and investment targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional network within the retail investor community is highly preferred.
