- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Organize stockrooms to optimize space utilization and accessibility
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment processes
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate shipments
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and safety standards
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and processing incoming merchandise
- Support visual merchandising teams by maintaining organized backroom storage
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management or retail logistics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25kg
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory control methods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
