- Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation.
- Oversee all aspects of merchandise management, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement compelling visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal and customer engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Ensure outstanding customer service is consistently delivered, resolving issues and building strong customer relationships.
- Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, compliance with company policies, and maintaining store presentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail sales management, with a strong focus on merchandise.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles.
