Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and sales conversion
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely product deliveries and returns
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to inform product placement and promotional strategies
- Train retail staff on merchandising best practices and visual standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using management systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail merchandising or stock management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of retail sales principles and consumer behavior
- Ability to lift and move stock (up to 20kg) as required
