In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our floor operations, ensuring that our customers receive the best shopping experience possible while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and organization.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, managing frontline staff, and ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail staff to ensure high operational productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and oversee the organization of storage areas.
- Ensure that store displays and promotional areas are set up according to corporate merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols throughout the store premises.
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare shift reports and assist in the management of staff attendance and performance scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in a retail or supermarket environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
