Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct daily store visits across 10 locations to monitor operations and ensure compliance
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and resource management
- Implement customer satisfaction initiatives and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Develop and execute sales promotion strategies aligned with company objectives
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Collaborate with store managers on inventory management and visual merchandising
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail management with team leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and operational efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team engagement
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple store locations
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred
