As a Retail Operations Trainee, you will gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in every aspect of retail managementāfrom floor operations and inventory control to team leadership and visual merchandising. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management and operation of the retail store to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, execute stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to drive sales and enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Analyze daily sales reports and performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Support store management in rostering, training, and supervising frontline staff.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong passion for the retail industry and a desire to pursue a career in store management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office) and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- High level of integrity, proactiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational requirements.
