Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service to walk-in retail clients, answering inquiries regarding international and domestic shipping services.
- Manage day-to-day retail outlet operations, including inventory control, point-of-sale (POS) system management, and accurate cash handling.
- Advise customers on shipping regulations, import/export restrictions, packaging standards, and insurance options.
- Drive store performance by actively upselling DHL premium services and value-added solutions.
- Inspect shipments to ensure strict compliance with global safety, security, and customs standards.
- Coordinate with dispatch and courier operations teams to ensure prompt and accurate pickup of all retail shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment in line with DHL global branding guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, or the logistics/express industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and basic administrative skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as required by retail operations.
