Outsourcey is looking for a detail-oriented Retail Planning & Allocation Specialist to join our high-performing team in Taguig City. In this onsite role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring the right products reach the right locations at the right time, maximizing sales performance and inventory health.
As our Retail Planning & Allocation Specialist, you will leverage data-driven insights to manage merchandise distribution, analyze sales trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong numerical aptitude, advanced Excel skills, and a strategic mindset to help us maintain competitive stock levels across our retail network.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective inventory allocation strategies to optimize store stock levels.
- Analyze weekly sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and adjust replenishment plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of merchandise.
- Monitor inventory health to minimize overstock and out-of-stock situations across all retail locations.
- Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to support new product launches and seasonal transitions.
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate master data for products, pricing, and distribution parameters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail planning, inventory management, or allocation roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, onsite work environment in Taguig City.
- Experience with ERP or retail management software is highly preferred.
