- Analyze historical sales data and current market trends to accurately forecast future product demand.
- Develop, implement, and maintain optimal inventory plans to ensure high product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising, buying, and supply chain teams to align planning strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate comprehensive weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
- Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular store-level and category-level performance reviews to optimize product assortments.
- Assist in the development of seasonal financial plans and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Retail Planner, Demand Planner, or Data Analyst within the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with retail planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site office environment in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
