Are you an experienced professional with a passion for retail construction, visual merchandising, and rapid-deployment environments? AGE FREE is seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail & Pop-up Store Fit-out / Vendor Development Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Barat.
In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind our physical retail footprint. From conceptualizing store layouts to executing rapid-deployment pop-up projects, you will manage the end-to-end fit-out process. This includes selecting and managing vendors, ensuring strict adherence to budget and timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of our brand’s aesthetic. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end retail store and pop-up store fit-out projects from conceptual planning to final store opening.
- Source, vet, and maintain a high-quality database of contractors, suppliers, and furniture fabricators.
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and site plans to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and safety regulations.
- Coordinate site surveys and oversee site preparations, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Perform on-site quality inspections during construction phases to ensure work meets defined technical and aesthetic standards.
- Negotiate costs and contracts with vendors to optimize expenditure without compromising on material quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail construction, project management, or fit-out operations.
- Strong knowledge of retail design, construction materials, and local building regulations in Jakarta.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English (Mandarin is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
