Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome, greet, and assist local and international customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our product collections to confidently answer inquiries and make tailored recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash, credit card, and digital transactions.
- Ensure the storefront remains clean, organized, and visually appealing in accordance with our visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, barcode tagging, and conducting regular stock takes.
- Actively work towards meeting and exceeding daily and monthly team sales targets.
- Handle customer feedback gracefully and resolve minor issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Currently residing in or willing to commute daily to the Uluwatu / Badung area in Bali.
