Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, shelf stocking, and store cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and current promotions to boost sales.
- Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock counts to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
