Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and answering inquiries
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting regular stock counts
- Support store operations by handling merchandise displays and promotional activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Report any issues or concerns to store management in a timely manner
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Willingness to learn about products and company policies
