Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect products.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing.
- Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep up-to-date with current product knowledge, including new collections and performance technologies.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving shipments and replenishing inventory on the sales floor.
- Proactively address customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a hospitality environment is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in Indonesian and basic English proficiency.
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion or sports apparel.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
