Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online revenue and brand visibility.
- Manage end-to-end operations for e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) including inventory, product listing, and store optimization.
- Drive omnichannel integration to ensure a seamless experience for customers between physical retail stores and digital platforms.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior metrics to derive actionable insights for business growth.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, and CRM initiatives to maximize traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the retail team to align stock availability, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, from initial landing to final delivery and after-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Deep expertise in managing marketplace platforms in Indonesia (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, e-commerce backend systems, and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to develop and implement digital growth strategies that yield measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A passion for fitness, health, and wellness products is highly desirable.
