Tanggung Jawab
- Introduce and sell building materials products to retail partners and end customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with material store owners and procurement managers
- Install and manage promotional displays in retail locations
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for store staff
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in marketing/business preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or construction materials
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build client relationships
- Familiarity with building materials industry
- Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in basic sales reporting tools
- Valid driver's license (for store visits)
