- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Drive sales by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Assist with store merchandising and visual presentation to enhance the shopping experience

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
