Join BukuWarung's dynamic team as a Retail Sales Executive in Barru! We're seeking an experienced Sales Canvassing (Merchant Success Executive) or Sales TO EDC professional to help us expand our retail footprint and empower local businesses with our innovative financial solutions.
BukuWarung is revolutionizing the way small businesses in Indonesia manage their finances. As a Retail Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to bring accessible financial services to merchants across Sulawesi Selatan. You'll identify and onboard new retail merchants, educate them about our digital payment solutions, and help them grow their businesses with BukuWarung's comprehensive suite of tools.
This role is perfect for sales professionals with experience in retail acquisition who are passionate about making a tangible impact in their local community. You'll work directly with merchants, understand their unique challenges, and position BukuWarung as the partner they need to thrive in today's digital economy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential retail merchants in the Barru area to introduce BukuWarung's payment solutions
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand merchants' business operations and pain points
- Present and demonstrate BukuWarung's EDC (Electronic Data Capture) solutions and digital payment platforms
- Onboard new merchants by guiding them through the registration process and initial setup
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Regularly follow up with existing merchants to address concerns and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Track sales activities and report on progress to the sales management team
- Stay updated on BukuWarung's product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales canvassing, retail acquisition, or EDC sales (minimum 1-2 years)
- Strong understanding of retail business operations and payment systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales role
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic digital tools for sales activities
- Knowledge of the Barru and surrounding retail landscape is highly advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
