In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital payment adoption by representing our innovative QRIS Soundbox solutions to merchants across Jabodetabek, Serang, and Karawang.
As a Sales Executive, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping local businesses streamline their operations and increase their transaction security. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new merchant partners for QRIS Soundbox services within the assigned territory.
- Educate business owners on the benefits, installation, and operation of QRIS payment devices.
- Manage daily field sales routes to ensure maximum market coverage and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants to ensure high adoption and retention rates.
- Resolve merchant inquiries and provide basic technical troubleshooting support regarding payment hardware.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and performance analytics to the regional supervisor.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be mobile and travel across Jabodetabek, Serang, and Karawang areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional attitude toward client service.
