Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active sales canvassing and prospecting in the Bogor area to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell products/services to retail merchants and potential clients with high professionalism.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare accurate sales reports and submit them to the management team on a regular basis.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable contracts and agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in FMCG, Telecommunication, or Merchant Acquisition sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a full-time capacity.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage for field canvassing activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
