- Drive sales growth through effective on-ground retail activities and customer engagement
- Actively promote Time dotCom Berhad's products and services to potential customers
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in assigned regions
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with learning new technologies
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Selangor, Perak, and Penang regions
