Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for empowering small businesses? BukuWarung is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Leader to lead our sales operations in the vibrant city of Cirebon. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital financial ecosystem by acquiring new merchants and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
As the Retail Sales Leader, you will act as the face of BukuWarung in the region, building strong relationships with local partners and community leaders. Your success will be defined by your ability to meet ambitious sales targets and expand our footprint in Cirebon. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is committed to helping MSMEs succeed through technology.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage the area sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Execute strategic sales plans to acquire new merchants (UMKM) and expand the customer base in Cirebon.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and community leaders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Product and Customer Success to ensure merchant satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales leadership, retail management, or business development.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Experience in community engagement or working with local MSMEs is a strong plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with high accountability.
- Valid driver's license is required.
