Join Wismilak, a leading consumer goods company, as a Retail Sales Representative and become a key driver of our market presence in Jakarta. You'll be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with retailers while ensuring optimal product visibility and availability. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled visits to retail and eceran outlets to monitor product availability and display
- Execute direct sales activities and promotional campaigns at assigned outlets
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers and staff
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports
- Train outlet staff on new products and promotional initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3/S1 degree in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales or consumer goods industry
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Valid driver's license with own transportation (preferably SIM C)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Willingness to travel across Jakarta Timur area
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
